Robotic paint group is professional manufacturer of automatic spray painting machine and painting robot(five axis painting machine and six axis painting robot). We have a team of intelligent engineers from automation industry to offer our clients tailored solutions.
Since 2003, we have been powering painting industry in south China for automatic spraying support, our robotic machines have been widely used in both domestic and international markets from various industries such as automotive, electronics, plastic, wood and hardwares.
With over 5000㎡ workshop and more than 200㎡ exhibition room, we have more than 30 painting machines and robots in stock. RPG Six Axis Painting Machine for Motocycle Parts
RPG 6 axis painting machine for motorcycle parts robotic paint spraying. Servo driven motion control for each movement on precise moving guide. Movement accuracy for each motion is ±0.5mm in actual performance.
According to product design, spray gun can be programmed to spray by curved motion or linear motion for extremely smooth paint layer. Operator just need to put and take products on turntable, everything else is automated for guaranteed quality. Operator health is also protected for less contact with paint atomization.

Yeah....much better than paying a guy $25 a hour....heck even at $50 a hour...you would have a way better product. Or get a cheaper robot if that's all u need it to do
